Kannel, Wayne E.
Born Oct. 24, 1923 and died peacefully on March 18, 2010, age 86 years. Loving husband of Mary (nee Gravelle, formerly Palmeri) and the late Margaret Jane (Nee Fox). Loving dad of Jeff (Lorena), Judy (Ben) Jarman, Barbara (Larry) Brown, Jerry ( Jeanne) and the late Jane. Step-father of Barbara, Patrice, Douglas, Steven, James and the late Melissa. Proud grandpa of Ben, Abbie, Claudia, Elisabeth, Ann Margaret, Katie, John, Ben, Rebecca, Ryan, Laura, Matthew, Sara, Craig and Jessica. Great-grandpa of Ean, Benicio, Espn and Madelyn. Preceded in death by his parents Casper Sr. and Mathilda, 2 brothers, Casper Jr. and Jerry. Further survived by other relatives and many friends. Wayne was a teacher at Alma High School and Greenfield High School. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated.
Memorial Visitation Saturday April 10, 2010 noon-2 PM with Family Eulogy at 2 PM. Private interment.
